#AskTheExpert my son is 3yr 6month old and he has a fever from Thursday night I was give meftal syrup but fever coming every 3 hrs 101.04,102.05,102,07 like temperature

A. hi mom. please take your child to the pediatrician immediately and do consultation as high fever can be dangerous for the child you can give me mefthal and calpol alternatively. calpol you can give every 6 hours and if within 2 to 3 hours fever increases you can give me mefthal in between. in 24 hours you can give maximum 3 doses of meftal, and it should be eight hours apart. and maximum 4 doses of calpol and should be 6 hours apart
