for 5 Thursday my son got fever I consult doctor also they gave antibiotic syrup but also fever offen offen coming

So first you need to find out for what purpose antibiotics are given for the child what kind of an infection was your child suffering from because that is something that you need to make sure of us and a fever can come and go for a couple of days and that’s basically because of viral infection so kindly check for that as well
