Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever whichs needs tfreatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

Sinarist 3ML twice a day for three days it is an anti allergy that I’m suggesting is if you want you can go ahead with that for minimum three days and maximum five days not more than that still if you feel that your child is not feeling is you should talk to your doctor ones
