#AskTheExpert My son is 3 yrs 2 months old, 12 kg weight . Is there any supplements for vitamin C and vitamin D along with zinc that can be given to him. Due to this ongoing covid just wanted to maintain his immunity level.

as per my opinion,if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need of extra medicines.
just offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene
