#AskTheExpert my son is 3 year old but refuses to eat any food which is mildly spicy as well. as of now he is only eating blant or sweet food. please let me know how to make him try family food

A. you should try to encourage this habit by making sure that you are putting little little Spice is gradually adding in the diet of the baby give some juices water or Glucon D along with the same so when you baby feels bad your baby can take that this encourages
