Q.

#AskTheExpert my son is 3 months old , he doesn't pass stool for 7-8 days. glycerin suppository is required to pass stool. potty is also very sticky. could u suggest is it normal?

A. if he is exclusively breastfed then constipation is rare. he will pass stools eventually. do tummy time, cycling motion of legs, do burp properly. if child becomes irritable , not feeding well , then consult your paediatrician. formula fed babies may have constipation. so watch for consistency of stools as well.
