#AskTheExpert my son is 3 and half year old what can I give for his immunity power because he's going to school from next month and also he is under weight only 12kg

give Healthy diet,it is important
give turmeric milk once in a day
give citrus fruits ,green veggies to your child
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water
give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder,few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer
