#AskTheExpert My son is 3.7yrs old. He is very much active, but too lean . He never sits or concentrate on anything . Whole day he is full energetic. He learns n Knows d things, but he tells only when he is mood. How to utilize his all energy as m loosing my patience now.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Few kids are hyperactive so it’s nature and you can make him sit and bring such games which require sitting and concentrate like blocks board games and take him for outdoor playing to channelise his energy
