Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is 3.5 years old daily crying while going to school and also crying throughout the day.he becoming very nervous ..his hand are shivering and his heart beat increases more..was this normal,.. why he is like that ?????@

A. it is hard. Hard stool is very common specially in toddler age as kids don't drink much water . Just increase of fibers and fruits in diet along with plenty of water will help in constipation . Other wise lactulose can be used if kid age is more than 2 yr .
