#AskTheExpert my son is 3.5 half month old, he used to do poo once in 2-3 days but other activity like pee, feeding ,sleeping are normal. either are we still required doctors opinion or this is common in this age?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. It is very normal that infants and newborns may not pass stool for more than 10 days also and sometimes the frequency can be around 6 to 7 times per day also.

Both the above frequency of stool passage is normal if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid. f
