Q.

#asktheexpert My son is 21 months old. He is taking 4 meals a day. I give him 3 oz of milk in the morning and 3 oz at night. Is this enough for his calcium needs? How much milk is needed for him apart from his meals?

A. Hi mom. Babies they require around 400 - 500 ml in a day including the dairy products. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Take care
