Q.

#asktheexpert My son is 21 months old and he got his first tooth after his first birthday. Now he have 2 central incisor (upper and lower) upper later incisor and all 4 molars(upper and lower) but lower lateral incisor isn’t erupted. I’m bit concerned please advise if this need to be taken immediate care or is this normal?

A. Most kids have all 20 of their primary teeth by their third birthday. (If your child's teeth come in much slower than this, speak to your doctor.)
