#AskTheExpert my son is 20 months old and still he doesn’t sleep week during nights.. can we have any solution for this?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids 20 months old avoid sleeping in the morning and afternoon keep the lights bright involve the child in playful activities, night give the lights dim and noiseless make sure the child is well fed before sleep keep room warm and cosy
