Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. there multiple cause of teeth grinding (bruxism) due to abnormal alignment of the jaw, intense concentration or situational anxiety andd stress, teething , dreams anxiety, teething pain, digestion problem and gas, dental caries and dental pain. some times worms usually sexlf limiting. meet your dr for more information
