#asktheexpert ,,my son is 2 months old , weight 3 kg,I am not giving him breast feed,how we can increase weight of my baby with formula feed

A. dear if possible try breastfeeding if not possible then you can give Aptamil Gold formula milk stage 1 ..It is the closest to breast milk and contains prebiotics and HMOs. These are very essential for the all round development and growth of the baby. It boosts the immunity and also improves gut health. It protects from infections and colic issues as well.

First you should check what was the birth rate of your child minimum gain that should be there in these two months is 1 kg kilogram if your child is gaining properly then unnecessary do not give milk but if your child is not well with your breast feeding then giving formula would be rather more sensible
