If your doctor hasn’t prescribe you any medicine for baby then there is no need to give any medicine to your baby. You just have to feed your baby in every two hours even at night for babies overall growth and weight gain. Mother’s milk contains all the nutrition is baby need so there is no need to give anything else to your baby.
