Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is 2.5 years old. From last couple of week I can see he is not taking complete food. He always taking only half of the food whatever we gave. We are a bit worried about his nutrition and growth. Any suggestions what should we do

A. dear parent, you can try introducing some variety in your child's diet. your child might have got bored of having the same type of food. lack of appetite might also be due to hot weather. so include green leafy vegetables, fruits ,salad, buttermilk and Hing , jeera, mint for appetite.

A. Thanks for your reply , Doc one another thing I just wanted to ask - My son only taking package milk ( Amul Milk) as he is not taking non processed cow milk will it create any gap on nutrition? What you suggest ?
