ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 18 months old and he doesn’t speak so don’t worry let him converse with you and teach him rhyming words like mamma =kamma,pappa =gappa etc

SonuMom of a 5 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. hello mom...ur baby is jus 18 months old don't expect him to speak fluently at dz age....basics r enough for now like mumma,dadda,tata,bye all these....every babies r unique some learn by age 2 so try to communicate more....give them some tym it's not compulsory to do everything on time some milestones may delay....ntng to wry give healthy diet stay happy .. take care
