#AskTheExpert my son is 17 months he is active, understanding is good, response well, but he speaks mumma or papa at his will and no other words is that okay

Every baby development cycle is different. Some babies cross milestones early and something time. If your baby is speaking few words that it is very good with the time baby will start speaking well so don’t worry about it at all. Mostly babies start speaking well till they turn 24 months old
