A. Hello mom kids this age tend to be very playful and hence so they tend to not pay much attention to food , you can make his meal time fun and read some age appropriate books, and also give him foods that you make at home to the family , no much restrictions for them . As he has sweet allergy is it with refined sugar then you can opt for honey or dates or raisins these are natural sources

A. I missed my mensuration it's already 3 days is any tablet to get period I have one year baby and I'm lactating mother please suggest tablet to get period early my cycle is 28 days

A. hi dear mom..give small meals in short intervals. don't forcefeed. restrict milk intake to not more then 500.ml in a day. continue breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organization. happy parenting
