#AskTheExpert My son is 13 months old, he has no teeth till now. By when can I expect his teeth to grow??

A. hello mam do not worry about this as it is a natural process and it varies for each and every kid you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to appear in the mouth of the baby if there is no teeth by that time then you will have to visit a dentist.

A. hi dear A slight delay usually isn't a cause for concern. Possible causes of delayed baby teething include premature birth, low birth weight, poor nutrition, or genetics. Syndromes, developmental or endocrine disorders might also delay tooth eruption. If your child has no baby teeth by 12 months, bring them to the dentist.
