Q.

#AskTheExpert my son is 13 months now . How long can I continue to feed the baby ? He feeds mostly at nap time and through out night from 1 to 4 times at night . Is this ok . What can I do to increase my milk supply

A. Dear mum, you should continue to breastfeed your baby till 2 years. Feed your baby as and when baby demands, there is no problem in it. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply.

A. Hi mommy You can give upto two year Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Wash hands often before touching your baby Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Maintain hydration
