Q.
#AskTheExpert my son is 12 months old and he refuses to eat any kind of food. i have tried to feed him with oats, boiled egg, chicken soup and boiled vegetables and etc.. he just prefers to drink only milk and likes eating sweets. I'm worried that he might not gain much weight. any suggestions on this please

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. keep trying to offer more energy dense food. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.
