#AskTheExpert my son is 10 mo now...but he wakes up after every one hour or so....ttakes a small feed n sleeps again...is it bcoz he feels hungry or just for comfort

A. hi parent it is happened due to hunger or due to comfort also please give cup of warm milk before going to bed please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc you can give small quantity of soji halva sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc
