A. If it was because of fever he will slowly regain his lost appetite. It's quite natural for kids to resist food for few days after they were unwell. Keep offering food at regular intervals. No need to force feed but keep offering. He will start regaining his appetite in sometime.

A. This will be tough. But try to implement this. Bring in a routine for formula feed like every day early morning once, then again in the afternoon and again at night something like that. In all other times dont offer formula even if the baby demands. It will be too difficult as the baby will go cranky and cry out a lot. But be stubborn and try to explain in a way when he can have formula. Slowly due to hunger baby will start accepting other foods. Babies above one year old will not need any more milk than 500ml. So u can give a total milk intake upto 500ml per day split into two or three feeds. Anything more than this can fill the the baby's tummy and the child may start resisting other foods.
