ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till the completion of 6 months. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months complete.

If You have sufficient breastfeeding then you continue with that formula you can introduce after six months of it and complementary feeding can also be started only after the age of six months not before that so as of now you should stick to mothers feeding only or formula if you do not have sufficient feeding for the
