Q.
#AskTheExpert my son is 1 month old . Due to less mother milk , started giving lactogen. when he drinks mother's milk his toilet comes clean and good but when he drinks lactogen it comes as pieces of grains . it looks water seperate and grains as separate. what to do please?

try soy base formula milk..
These flecks come from undigested t milk and are harmless and nothing to worry about it.
