ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam if your kid is having high grade fever then this is not due to teeth coming process as during teeth coming process there is one degree rise in normal body temperature and not more than that

Yup Your child is in the process and yes that could definitely be the reason that your child is having fever as of now if it is about 99-100 ° fahrenheit then you can give simple Calpol to the child if it is more than that then you can definitely start giving cold sponge as well
