#asktheexpert my son has turned 1 year in feb .I have started giving him cow milk. Do I need to add water to it for better digestion?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. initially add equal part of water n gradually reduce the amount of it. u should offer up to 16 oz milk per day after 1 year of age. t. c
