Q.

#asktheexpert My son has just turned 1 with that his appetite for solids is diminishing. How can I make him eat solids ? Should I give more supplements to compensate for the nutrient deficiency? Thanks in advance

A. Hello ma’am Supplements are not going to increase your child’s appetite or cover up the deficiency that way it would be best for you to give proper food somewhere or the other to your child try to work on different varieties and all other things because supplements are a last option you should always try to work upon healthy diet
