Q.

#AskTheExpert my son has got a habit of eating Shrikhand (sweet curd) daily 1/2 spoon along with morning and afternoon meal each. total 1 small spoon he takes. is it okay to have this much sugar intake at the age of three.? thanks.

A. it's fine, you can cut the sugar intake in other sweet servings. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.

A. This Is actually actually no sugar intake you know as such kids have so much of sweets chocolates this that I don’t know what all kids eat these days if your child is having 2 teaspoons of Srikanth then I don’t think so there’s anything wrong with it it’s good thing
