#asktheexpert My son gets up in between the night sleep all of a sudden and starts crying. This goes on for atleast an hour. He is 2 years old and this crying has started since a week. Looks like he got a night mare. Is it a phase?

A. there are multiple causes and the most common cause is either hunger and thirst and sometimes it can be nightmares so it is very important to keep the child comfortable and it is advisable that you should sleep beside the child for few weeks
