Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi mom. it looks like heat rashes it's better you consult with the pediatrician as it might be very painful for the child. give the child with more amount of water and also breastfeed so that the child will not have dehydration as this kind of heat ras are common during the summer season
