A. not only fever but along with it he catches cold and he also complains of legs pain but overall he is active

A. I think it could be due to some blood infection or something I would advise you to get a blood test done for your child in order to figure out where it is going wrong and accordingly they can help you with the right treatment after diagnosing the right issue behind it
