Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. child with cough and cold so it needs proper examination then only medicine can be given presently can give ine direct steam inhalation which helps in relieving symptoms fever you can give calpol drops

Give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. Also apply vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. For fever give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 100 F.
