ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist8 months agoA. Namaste Mom, This habit has to be correct the earliest as too much of milk kills hunger and lead to deficiency of other nutritents . you could probably prefer to make a diet routine as such , and set their meal, milk, snack time as such
