Q.

#AskTheExpert my son doesn't take a proper meal.we have to feed him forcefully then will have little dal rice/cerelac.never have chapati/solid food. and also he is not leaving mother feed..we tried with karela juice/medicine.. please suggest

A. dear parent do not force feed it creates negative relationship with food let child eat alongwith the family let him self feed show by your example let child explore variety of food cerelac , bottle feeding not recommended breastfeeding till 2 years is recommended
