Q.

#asktheexpert my son doesn't poop everyday but poops after 2/4 days and once he poops he find it hard to push and he cries. how can I make him poop easier without less pain?

A. Hi I guess your baby is suffering from constipation you need to visit your treating doctor for any stool softener and meanwhile you can give the p foods to your baby and include llts of fluids

A. hello it can be due to constipation and make sure to give your child water after every solid which is important and also you should try to give your child fibre rich food in the diet and include two specially banana and papaya which will help the child get relief from constipation
