#asktheexpert my son doesn’t eat well. After having meal also he demands formula milk. And during night too is becomes hungry so drink formula twice. How to increase his appetite for food so that he can leave formula.

Now that he above age of 1 , formula can actually be discontinued as such , instead animal milk can be given
best would be to make a diet routine for them, and set their meal, snack, ,milk time as such .
this way milk intake could be limited
