Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. no this is not a good habit and it needs to be improved so please see ⁰to treat constipation diet modification is very important in which high fibre diet and lot of liquids will help ,avoid any junk food, and you can give lactulose solution occasionally under medical guidance.
