#AskTheExpert my son cries a lot, he seems to be hungry and when we try to bottle feed, he spit up all the milk. he is always passing gas and stool once in few days(unless bottle feed) please help how can i know if he is hungry hungry or just clingy to get on nipples

A. passing stool once in a day or once in two three days is also fine if you are baby is on exclusive breastfeeding but if he is cranky it can be mostly due to gases
