#asktheexpert My son complaints almost daily that he has pain in his legs. Also what is the ideal weight in this age..He is 16kgs.

try to give all types of fruit and vegetables to baby..
increase the milk and dairy intake as paneer curd..
you can start with calcium supplements consulting your pediatric..
