Q.

#AskTheExpert My son aged 6months 3days. we started feeding him cerelac. it is observed that his stomach is not getting full with the food we are feeding. is there be any problem if we increase the quantity of cerelac we are feeding him and please suggest other foods that we can feed him.

A. do your mother with the growing age of appetite of the kids also increases so yes you can increase the quantity accordingly along with the Cerelac you must try giving theories of fruits such as banana puree Apple puree nowadays the mangoes can also be added but it should be in Limited quantities as mangoes are hot By Nature giving fresh curd white paneer Suji Kheer boiled potatoes vegetable soup or Dal ka pani are also recommended
