Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml and after that you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child and you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child
you can I add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated.
