A. Hello dear parent! Gradually increase the solids and limit milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Good luck and take care.
