#asktheexpert my son Aditya is a super active child, his weight is 19 kg. Due to Covid his screen time has increased and I dont know what should be done to take care of his Eyes. please suggest.

please limit your child screen time .
it is important for better physical as well as mental health of your child.
for that , gradually decrease your child screen time.
make sure your child takes enough sleep
keep your child well hydrated.
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water
