mam,water intake is best and first remedy for constipation.
so please offer water at regular intervals to your child.
give food items like Spinach soup, tomato soup, sesame seeds , soaked Black raisins , fruits like pear , papaya, plum banana etc to your child.
skip bakery food items.
Give massage to your child everyday ,use Babyhug massage oil for this.
Encourage your child to do more and more physical activities.
