The child is currently maintaining a weight gain for a 6 to 7 month old child your child is quite underweight first you need to fix the weight issue of the child and the child can learn to work independently between the age of 12 to 17 months so for that you are still having some time to try to encourage your child to walk independently and please consult your doctor for the weight issues
