#asktheexpert my son 10month baby dnt eat.... give me food chart... during night time he dnt sleep... regular 2 hrs once he cry after that give my feed he sleep...my feeding is very poor how can I tolerate that...

Kids are fussy in eating food. Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint etc to increase the appetite of ur baby.
Give variety of food and choices to ur baby. If ur baby is rejecting one food offer the other variety of food.
Give food in colourful and attractive plates and in small portions..
Start with formula milk if ur feed is less.
