start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

It could be a growth pain also so I’d like to tell you as of now that growth in happens with kids when the body is becoming big the bones are increasing so this kind of pain is considered quite normal with kids so just do a massage on the legs every dayWrite Your Answer Here
