#AskTheExpert My period has came just after 6 weeks of my normal delivery although I am doing exclusive breastfeeding so is something to worry about or is it normal? It is wirhout abdominal cramps too...otherwise before delivery I used to have lots of cramps and pain during my periods. Please help

It's normal
keep yourself Hydrated
don't.use Demineralized water for drinking
use simply purified water having tds higher 350
irregularities in perods might happen
